QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or adult education setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with businesses.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle program logistics effectively.
- Adept at assessing training needs, developing relevant content, and measuring program effectiveness.
- Innovative mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements and industry trends.
