As a student employment coordinator, you will facilitate students' onboarding and I-9 process completion, meticulously setup and track new positions in JobX and Guardian, and oversee the management of online student employment vacancies. You will act as a department liaison to assist with employment questions and concerns and troubleshoot all student employment timekeeping and payroll discrepancies in the web entry system.
