Qualifications: 48 College Credits or an Associate's Degree or passed the State Title I Paraprofessional Test Excellent communication and organizational skills with teachers and students&nbsp; Provide instructional reinforcement of academic skills and content to students&nbsp; Assist teachers in providing interventions for students to meet educational, academic, and social goals&nbsp; Compassionate and caring individual when assisting high school children&nbsp; Other duties as assigned by a Supervisor or Principal&nbsp; Hourly rate: $19.00 per hour *In accordance with S-414/A-3188 (<a href="http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/2018/Bills/S0500/414_R2.HTM" target="_blank">http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/2018/Bills/S0500/414_R2.HTM</a>), school districts, charter schools, nonpublic schools, and contracted service providers (“employers”) are required to review the last twenty years of employment history of prospective employees to ascertain allegations of child abuse or sexual misconduct.
