We focus on two types of projects:1. Strategy/Management Consulting&nbsp;– Our team plays a critical role to provide strategic support for the CIO and Technology Leadership Team. As a team with a strong consulting mindset, leadership and executives call on us to help with a variety of special, high-visibility projects such as: developing mid to long term Technology Strategy for Amex, investment planning, creating the groundwork for Technology’s internal modernization efforts, Investor Day content and presentation etc.2.
