In this unique role, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in creating and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and market trends. &nbsp;&nbsp;This position is located at the Restaurant Support Center in Downers Grove, IL and is a hybrid work environment with 3 days in office and 2 remote.What You’ll Do:&nbsp;<ul><li>Support campaign execution and creating audience segmentation for outbound marketing </li><li>Query database as requested and provide insights from data curated as slides or Excel workbooks as requested</li><li>Update and maintain content, copy, imagery, etc. on multiple brand websites to drive traffic and engagement</li><li>Creating timelines based off project requirements, cross team collaboration, and following up on tasks to ensure deadlines/timelines are being met</li><li>Support contest creation, execution, reporting and communications for Wine Club.</li><li>Events and Promotional activity support (both onsite and in preparation) including Event Guides, Event templates</li><li>PR support- PR Tracker management, Press email monitoring, Influencer/media bottle coordination</li><li>Develop documentation for training and field communications</li><li>Onboard vendors </li><li>PowerPoint deck creation for programs, campaigns and in support of projects</li></ul>What You’ll Need:&nbsp;<ul><li>Must demonstrate Cooper’s Hawk values in all aspects of your work.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or related field. </li><li>At least1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) and omni-channel marketing or relevant course work and projects.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in updating website content using Craft CMS or other platforms</li><li>Introductory SQL skills and the ability manipulate large data sets is required</li><li>Manage and build Excel templates</li><li>Experience in Python, R or another statistical package to build models is preferred</li><li>Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or e-commerce environments preferred.</li><li>Experience supporting loyalty, subscription, or membership marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work in data-driven marketing environments.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.</li></ul>Compensation Range: $55,000-$65,000.
